How to commercialize other ones ideas and make profits? A company won't be able to survive if there is only 1 or 2 ideas and/or technologies. One needs to learn how to learn from others, and let other one create ideas for himself.
Examples:
1. What will be the next move for Apple after iPhone to keep 40-50 billions of sales annually?
2. What will Motorola do if the company get rid of cell phone business with 3-5 billions of cash?
