刚从国内回来，说下

从国内刚回来，最大的体会就是物价真高，赶上美国，而且很多东西都超过美国。

不过最大体会是房价，已经超过我住的纽约这个区。我家在西四环，140平米的要425万，200平米的要600多万。去我朋友那里，北五环，房价也是2万多一平米，而通县据说也涨到2万一平，都疯了，在4月出台控制政策之前，成交量还超高，现在成交量下来了，但房价还没跌。
