同学们怎么看那个世博会抄袭案？

美记者当众指控中国馆及海宝涉嫌抄袭 场面混乱(图)

上次是世博会会歌，这次又是吉祥物海宝，甚至中国馆场馆。

世博会会歌如果真的写信给那个日本女鬼子要求同意使用她的乐曲，说明事实上承认了抄袭。

这次海宝我觉得有点牵强附会，海宝跟Gumby是很相似，但是是不是抄袭就很难定论了。至于说是建筑就更难推断了。本来不管是中国人还是外国人，都是长着两条腿两只手，说中国人长相是抄袭外国人就有点不地道了。

注：其实说是美记者也不完全对，还是讲中国话的炎黄子孙在指责。
