It's a nice paper in terms of providing lot info. But it seems to me the author is too self-confident to make the prediction in the furture (around 10 to 20 years ahead). You may have a few top scholars who have done excellent jobs in life science at your institute, but it is hard to predict that almost the best Chinese scientists in biological science will be in the home after 20 years later. It is also hard to say that so far the returnee has made greater achievements than who are still working in abroad. I really appreciate for great works the author have done in the last 25 years in biological science, but dislike some opinions in this article.
