Canada to transfer suspects to countries with death penalty. For someone who's "looking down upon US" all the time, it's not very convincing to use what US does as your reasoning. That is 加拿大的法治观念.

BTW, what is that 国际惯例 you are talking about - premier minister Zhu promised NOT to execute Lai? And you consider that as "strong" 法治观念? lol.
