No3 economy along != 崛起
No3 economy with the following conditions == 崛起
1. When most ordinay Chinese are happy with their government.
2. When most ordinay Chinese are happy with their living environment
3. When most ordinay Chinese are happy with who they are

GDP numbers alone should not and can not be used as the only indicator.
