如果是不错大学的faculty不是也很好吗？

你也有你的自由空间，你自己当自己的老板，难道不是领头羊吗？而且这里的faculty工作super稳定，有法律保障。回国聘的职务尽管头衔惊人地诱惑，但是稳定性很差，让你走人就走人。

你可能会是领头羊，更要有成为羊尾巴心理准备。
