犯糊涂了，要不要回国，该去哪家公司？

我正在跟两家国内公司谈，一家是很大的民营企业，一家是世界五百强外企。去民企的话职位相对高不少（总监或部长），去外企呢只是技术部门的高级经理，年薪的话两家公司给的应该查不多。我现在不知道该去哪家，但是觉得去外企可能地位更稳，可去了民企的话也许会更有发展。各位有啥经验或建议？
