跪求坛里大佬对这个OFFER的看法

小弟今年42岁，去年美国MBA毕业。最近拿到国内一个OFFER： 省级机关副厅级干官员，年薪320万，200平方米住房一套。

如果海归吧，实在经不起美国这边的高薪诱惑，也舍不得放弃绿卡；如果不海归吧，又担心以后没有这样的机会了。

小弟在归坛潜水多年，甚至诸位老大海归经验丰富，因此发贴求教。

现在小弟思想斗争很激烈，请勿拍砖。
