中国的问题不是年轻人失业，是中年人的失业

年轻人失业，可以等，可以再去读书，因为还年轻，还有希望。
中年人的失业才是吓人的。他们是家庭的顶梁柱。
他们比年轻人有钱，是消费的主力。
他们如果失业，对经济是打击最大的。
中国的问题是企业普遍年龄歧视，急功近利。
因为中年人有家庭负担，又没有年轻人的精力充沛的工作劲头。
往往变成公司裁员对象，然后再找年轻人来代替。
现在中国的第一代发展起来的公司里，第一批员工都到了中年。
好多人买房买车了。相当于是中国的中产阶级。
如果这一波经济危机，他们成了牺牲品，对中国经济会有更大打击。
