life insurance in China

it costs not much to have life insurance in the US, a $10 month premium buys $100,000 life insurance. I should stress this - life insurance, not accidental/supplemental insurance.

Can you buy the same kind in China? I searched "China Life" website, did not see anything like the life insurance as I know it.
