He doesn't spend a dime on 指甲, 头发和化妆品. He doesn't use the Cleaning Lady's service because he cut his own grass. He doesn't have to pay for insurance and gas because he talks downtown train to Wall Street everyday. He doesn't even pay a dime on 房租 because his wife pays for it every month.

So he can live a $170/month budget.
