请问有经验的大侠们, 美国买的电脑到了国内能转换成中文吗? 是不是有什么特殊的转换语言的软件可以在这边买? 我的这个朋友英文不太灵光.

还有一个也许特傻的问题: 键盘和鼠标跟电脑一起来吗? 还是得单买? 我的电脑三,四年了, 忘记当初买的时候package里都白给什么了. 谢谢!
