If someone proposes NOT to donate, coz he/she doesn't like the government, he/she will fail, coz the donation is supporting the people in need.

However, if someone is raising money, by saying that despite all the differences they are having with Chinese government, they believe people come first, and supporting them is number one priority, I guess he will be able to drive some people, even if he's 王丹：）BTW, I still think he's a far lot better than 开希：）

I think it really has nothing to do with criticizing government or not, but rather the real action itself.
