中国"军火船"可能返航，美国介入 DWNEWS.COM-- 2008年4月23日0:27:57(京港台时间) --多维新闻网 BBC／美联社引述美国政府官员说，美国情报部门正在追踪载有军火的"安岳江"号货轮。 美国的外交官员也接到命令，要求他们向南非、莫桑比克、纳米比亚和安哥拉等至少四个非洲国家施压，禁止货轮靠岸。 另一方面，中国外交部发言人姜瑜表示，由于津巴布韦方面无法按原计划接收等原因，货轮所属的中远公司不得不放弃在德班港卸货，并正在考虑将货物原船运回。 姜瑜指出，"安岳江"号货船承运了中方有关公司出售给津巴布韦的一些军品，有关合同是去年签署的，与津巴布韦最近的局势变化无关。 "勿政治化" 姜瑜同时强调："中国政府对军品出口一贯采取慎重、负责的态度，所遵循的一项重要原则就是不干涉接受国内政。我们希望有关方面不要将有关问题政治化。" 不过传统上与中国关系友好的赞比亚却也加入反对"军火船"的行列。 该国总统姆瓦纳瓦萨呼吁周边国家不要允许货轮进入其领海，以防船上的武器会进一步恶化津巴布韦的局势。 对于"安岳江-广州"号货轮目前的具体位置，各方都有不同的说法。有报道说，她将开往安哥拉。 国际运输工人联合会动员非洲港口的工人抵制从一艘中国船只上卸货。 尽管联合国并未对津巴布韦禁运武器，也就是说中国军火船并未违反任何国际法，不过围这艘船的争议却有愈演愈烈之势。
