民主不一定是最佳的决策系统，只要有真正的监督就可

媒体开放是核心

一人一票的民主肯定是朝弱的一方偏的，有时弱是压迫性的制度造成的，有时是个人或种群的自身作为造成的，

不过这可能是蛋和鸡的问题，拥有统治权力的阶级，很少能主动放弃独裁的利益的，真正的监督大概不会从天上掉下来，

希望量变到质变吧
