请推荐在北京的prepaid cell phone card. 每年夏天回国探亲一个月。没有个当地的手机深感不便。买了几次prepaid cell phone card (chip),可是都有一年的时间限制。过期作废。请大侠们推荐在国内用的，没有过期限制的prepaid cell phone card (chip)。多谢！
