Alibaba more valuable than Amazon AMZN, +1.00% and eBay EBAY, -0

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- The big rally in Alibaba's stock BABA, +35.76% post-IPO has bumped up the Chinese Internet retailer's market capitalization to $216.92 billion. That makes Alibaba more valuable than Amazon AMZN, +1.00% and eBay EBAY, -0.08% combined, which have market caps of $151.35 billion and $65.33 billion, respectively. It also means the market values Alibaba more than 22 of the Dow industrials' 30 components, including tech giants Intel INTC, -0.43% at $173.31 billion, and Cisco Systems CSCO, -0.57% at $127.87 billion. Visa V, -0.15% which held the title of the largest U.S. IPO until Alibaba's, has a market-cap of $106.92 billion.
