如何解释黑人总是爬不上来？

他们的居住区不好，学校不好，饭吃不饱(这是真的)。 即使有出众、有志向的小孩，也会遭到他们同类的打击，说他企图跳出黑人区。

当然，老中的特长是读书好，考分高。 但也仅此而已，位置高的也基本上由白人把握。
