Chinese government only cares about the output, pays no attention to the environmental cost, the waste of natural recourses, and the poor living condition of hundreds of millions to the people that supply the cheap labor that powered the economical growth. It is strategy that is short-sighted, immoral and unsustainable. I don't see other counties are doing  down the same path.
