第一个数字跟18.3% 很接近; 第二个数字与医疗水平, 医保benefit coverage有关, 问题复杂一些. 国内的污染确实很严重, 不过也不必去下一些emotional的结论. 重要的是要看看how to helpp them do something to improve the situation, instead of criticizing or laughing at them.
