从连恩青的遭遇看国内患者维权的艰难
最近看了中央电视台对连恩青对访问录像，给普通人的感觉是连有偏执性精神障碍，央视这样做可能是为当前如火的医疗关系降温。但是事实真的是这样吗？ 作为一个在国内行过医的人，对国内的医疗内幕有所了解，解决医疗纠纷重关系而轻事实，如同官官相卫，既有制度问题，也有文化原因。
解说：连恩青家住在浙江温岭市箬横镇浦岱村，今年33岁初中文化，和母亲、妹妹住在一起，2012年3月20号，为了治愈鼻炎，他在温岭市人民医院做了鼻中隔纠正及双侧下鼻甲下部分切除的微手术，术后几个月他感觉自己的病情没有好转，反而症状加重了，为了解决问题，他多次投诉医院，40次寻找主治医生，要求治好他的病 。
事实上，连可能得了“空鼻综合症”，主要是医源性疾病，应当避免的。
Eempty nose syndrome (ENS) describes a nose that has been physiologically crippled by excessive surgical removal of turbinates in the nose (mainly the inferior turbinates) in a surgical procedure known as ‘turbinectomy' or 'conchotomy'. It is therefore an iatrogenic condition that can and should be avoided.
再看连的症状:
连恩青：一年了，头里面有声音，每次呼吸右侧头部、胸、咽喉，呼吸一次疼一次，呼吸一次疼一次，我每天晚上睡觉都拿这个。
董倩：你坐下，为什么？
连恩青：这个我一放上去时间一般不会超过十秒，整个人都很舒服。
董倩：这是你自制的还是？
连恩青：这是圆珠笔拿下来的一个笔套，写字的笔套，我每天都靠这个来睡觉呼吸，头呼吸不疼了，胸并不是完全不疼，至少好50%以上。
The characteristic-presenting symptom is a sensation of nasal obstruction, sometimes associated with sensations of suffocation, breathlessness or difficult breathing. Other symptoms such as pain, a sensation of empty nose or rhinopharyngeal dryness are also often reported. Symptom intensity varies, and may restrict every- day activity. Patients with ENS symptomatology may suffer loss of concentration (nasal aprosexia), fatigue, anxiety, irritability or depression.
Other frequently reported symptoms are:
• sensation of excessive airflow;
• lack of sensation of nasal airflow;
• hypersensitivity to cold air;
• dyspnea(alsoparadoxical),breathlessness,hyperventilation;
• nasalpainofvariable,sometimespseudoneuralgic,types;
• headache;
• nasal and pharyngeal dryness;
• difficulty falling asleep, general fatigue.
可见，连的精神和躯体的症状和空鼻综合症非常吻合。
国内医患关系复杂，原因很多。医生作为强势一方，如果能够更科学，更公正，给弱势群体的患者一个相对公正的环境，不仅对提高医疗质量有帮助，对缓解这种紧张关系，保护自己也会有很大作用。
