It is the wife's opportunity to go back with a package of local pay but significantly higher than US pay. Lg has his own china business and have been flying back and forth for 3 years already. If wife takes this job, the over all pay will be doubled than at Us but company does not want to guarantee come back. Cannot make such decision for the whole family-too much change all at once and not sure about the future.
