买新车， Corolla hybrid

请问， 现在如何买新车？ 记得8年前买新车时，只要在某个网站登记一下，表示要买什么车， 给个email， 就会有源源不断的email back，

现在是不是车源少了很多，我需要自己给dealer写email？
