地点加州。队友要卖掉家里一台15年的旧车，有位白人老头要买，说他很在行，可以出合同。然后传过来PDF， 其它条款看起来正常，但买家专门加了一条要求卖家确认车子没有影响安全操作的重大缺陷，说是为了保护他自己。队友觉得不爽，请专家和坛友指教这样签有没有隐患。车子我们一直定期保养而且还让读高中的孩子开了一年多，除了有一边的镜子不能fold以外没发现其他毛病，这个在卖车广告上也写清楚了。目前deposit已经收了（有给收据）合同还没签。

Seller confirms receipt of $200 deposit paid in cash on Dec 7, 2024.
It is hereby agreed that the sale is strictly on a “Sold As Seen” basis.
Seller confirms that he is not aware of any significant / material defect (or has been highlighted to him by a mechanic) which might impact the safety, operability or reliability of the vehicle in its current condition.
NO WARRANTY. It is understood this Bill of Sale implies no warranties from the seller.
Final funds transfer to be performed via electronic funds transfer during the week commencing Dec 9,
2024.
Vehicle handover to be scheduled after confirmation of total funds have been received in full by the
seller.
