It IS 3.7qt. They changed the filter, without any error.

If you know how to drive a manual transmission car, you will no doult press the clutch before you start your car, regardless the car is new or old module. You will still do so even new design has a safty switch preventing you from starting the engine without pressing the clutch padel.
