求救 - Chey BOLT, “Service Electric Parking Brake Light” ON

2019 Chey BOLT, 25000 miles， “Service Electric Parking Brake Light” is ON, 现在车完全不能开，不能解除parking brake，尽管车的信号是 Ready， 怎么解除parking brake？ 谢谢
