我的2014 impala 没发现external engine block crack，怎么处理

花了150块钱初步诊断，dealer说没发现engine block crack，问我是不是愿意再花500块钱further investigation， 我同意了因为他们说也许是哪个地方密封磨损严重导致的coolant 泄漏。 最后还是没发现到底是什么引起了engine oil mixed with coolant。然后告诉我是engine internal crack
