mecede benz wont start after electronic sign turned off见内

我的车是2015年的E350 奔驰,  mileages 是 5万6千.  前几天去纽约, 在高速公路行驶时， 突然 “pre-safe is inoperative" sign 出现了, 按着一个一个sign 都出来了, 其中有"don't shift gears"  , 我下了高速, 发现不能shift gear了, 这时车只能往前开, 因为不能shift gears 所以不能往后， 也不能换到park位置. 我只能把车turn off 了. 然后车子就打不起来了. 因为不能switch 到 neutural 的位置, 不好拖车，换了两次拖车才把车拖到 dealer去. 已经三天了， dealer还是没有时间work on my car。 请问有人知道这可能是怎么回事吗？ 太吓人了. 车子也不旧啊 ， 才56k mileage.  多谢!
