08 Odyssey door check请教-卸螺丝的问题

很简单的一个M8x1.25用M2套筒，但是螺丝用了thread lock，有不止一人没卸下来，因为后面焊接的螺帽给拧打滑了，然后找body shop化几百刀。这是本田一个小小的臭名昭著的问题，零件还没买-便宜的脱销了。那个两档限位杆叫door check要换。如何避免这类情况，用火烧可能破坏油漆。
