请摧荐一个digital tire gauge，以及哪里买？谢谢！

因为没有车子的基本常识，这次在Costco换新轮胎的整个过程，感觉都很糟糕。

换完新胎后, 还得在那里做maintenance,

卡上说：

1）"have your tire pressure checked once a month by a tire professional"，这是什么意思？

难道不能自己查？还是说每个月都要去Costco查一次。

2）"return to have your vehicle torque rechecked after driving 25 miles or 40 KM followeing any tire service."

这又是什么意思？
