应该有两条belt. 可以把alternator那条卸下来。点火试试。看看能不能排除噪音来自alternator.

你说过其他的都换了，包括timing belt idle pully, 之后还有同样的声音，则声音多来自没换的部件。

还有仔细检查两条drive belt.看看有没有安装偏差，虽然可能性很小。

有一种belt conditioner spray. 可以改善belt打滑的噪音。

即便alternator轴承坏了，sienna的alternator换起来也容易。
