Subaru Forester 静止时抖动

Forester 2014， 65,000 miles. 

几个月前，车的右前侧轮子撞上了马路沿，速度比较快，整个轮胎， 轮毂，悬挂系统全毁， 包括两个机脚开裂。 修好以后， 静止时感觉车子抖动比以前明显。 “D”档时尤其明显。 “P”档时好一点。 开起来不抖。 打开前盖，可以观察到发动机，管子都在明显的颤动。 

请各位有经验的大侠看看有哪些可能的原因。谢谢！
