急请教：二手车年份和Milege-到底如何选？

正纠结于两辆日产车（Lexus），一个年份是2014年一个是2015年，Millege倒是2014年那个再低个20k左右，在价位差不多的情况下，如何选择啊？垦请各位支招。。。
