最近Idle时偶尔车身抖动一次马上消失

会不会是ignition coils的问题？2007 MB CLK350. 上次cylinder 1 misfire，灯亮了。换了6个spark plugs问题解决。没有换ignition coils.现在报警灯还没亮，如何诊断是否是ignition coil还是其他什么问题？我有个MB code reader可以读一些code.
