选定16F1847 DIP18，想找免费C编译，XIDE、MPLAB还没入门，希望懂的提示几下

例如好且低价的开发工具，类似源码，最好有类似Adruino的多线程核，不然只能死循环同时管键盘和显示。

20年前做的唯一项目，是按键后发一串严格定时的脉冲以便进入电视机的维修方式。

现在比较退化，我还做过一个在关机后检测喇叭异响的东西，很简单的硬件，现在不知道怎么做的。
