我这个是电池坏了吗？还是 Alternator 的问题？

今天汽车启动突然有点慢，要点火比较久才能启动。好几次都是这样。

我量了一下电池电压，是12.38伏，电池正好5年了。另一部正常的车的电池是 12.78伏。

这种情况是要换电池还是Alternator?

还有什么地方可以测一下吗？
