15年不到这东西就锈成了这样

是steering column 底部伸出firewall那个洞的cover,几年前就发现长锈了,新车买来那地方就没湿过，怀疑是装船运过大洋时含盐湿气给弄的。

那东西可以整个换掉，可是得把steering column 断开才能退下来，断开steering column得先拧下橡皮套上方水平方向的那根螺栓，太麻烦了，涂点rust neutralizer 就算了，将来再锈时再去junk yard拆个换上
