costco 换车胎问题

sienna 12 年， 原胎是P235/55R18 (run flat), 从costco 查出来的只有P235/60R17, 有点不同，可以用吗？Tire Discount 可以网上买，店里安装吗？还是在店里买+安装？谢谢
