recall有时限吗？

08 Odyssey因查到recall曾送过dealer，当时告诉我所有的都做了。

前几天发VSA的问题，现在查到旧的recall不知是否适合我的车：https://www.motortrend.com/news/2007-2008-honda-odyssey-vans-recalled-for-unintended-braking-253991/

我的VSA灯亮但似乎没有减速问题，目前灯亮都是在local本来速度就不快。但是VSA OFF键不起作用。
