买车？租车？求建议

我家有一辆车，还需再买一辆。1.买车：我孩子上学比较远，和朋友carpool, 还要带孩子们的打球的包包等，车不能太小。我们银子有限，普通工薪。希望买一辆安全可靠，能满足需要的车。最好有reverse automatic braking 功能。目前感兴趣的是subreau outback. 大家有什么可推荐的？

2. 现在车好贵，所以想等等看车价会不会恢复正常再买。我疫情以来，一直在家工作，所以，一辆车也能凑合，但是部门新领导现在有可能要求大家下个月全都回到办公室。一辆车肯定不行，在犹豫要不要先租辆车？从来没有长租经验，去哪儿租？怎么租呢？

求各位赐教，换做你们，会怎么做？多谢！
