这样的clamp怎么松开

准备搞transmission fluid change. 今天钻到车底下看了一下torque converter的 drain plug, 发现藏在一个小洞后面还不是垂直的，比较麻烦。边上这种固定wires的铁夹子谁见过，该怎么松开？
