Remove the little circular cover on the front bumper of the car - underneath you’ll find a red and a black wire. Use jumper cables to a good car battery to get some charge into the Tesla’s 12v battery so the computer can boot up. Then you can get into the car, open the trunk and frunk and assess the situation.

However, you’ll still need to charge the main battery - and if there are no suitable chargers nearby - then you’re probably going to need a tow truck.
