请高人指教2013 Sienna 噪音

2013年sienna, 13万迈。

噪音出现情况，D档 踩刹车等红灯时候，松开刹车即使车子不行驶（D档）噪音消失。P，R，N档，D档，行驶状态下不出现，P档 踩油门转速4-5千也不出现。

噪音 来源车中前底部，像是金属片与什么东西碰撞，掺杂些嘎，嘎，声音。检查排气管（护热板）没有松动。发动机前后，左右固定没有松动。
