2003 toyota camry值得修吗？

家里2003年佳美，14万迈，一直按时维护，没什么问题。今天送去车行说water pump, stearling line leak, exhaust is leaking, 还有water pump, battery, one tire has bump. 都换下来要近三千。还值得修么？
