帮忙把把关，这刚被钉子扎的胎不需要换新胎吧？

车行也忽悠人。记得8月刚做的年检，9月份去换机油。结果建议换4个新胎和后刹车片。我说上个月刚做的年检，不到一个月咋需要换那么多部件？他说，快冬天了，旧胎容易打滑。后刹车片，现在不换，明年年检时也必须换。
