自己换胎如何调平衡？

有个胎内侧靠外缘处扎钉子补两次都漏，买了个据说是没用过的库存品，轮胎店不给装。

有人知道哪种店能装？例如油站里的？我在湾区南边。

不行的话自己装如何调平衡？也许可以装在后轮上转动它？
