请教各位大佬: radiator cap是不是真空的?

2004年的Honda civic. 21万mile.

最近refill coolant, 先是打开 radiator cap加满, 然后打开coolant reservoir tank cap加到max.

昨天在engine完全cool down时, 发现coolant reservoir tank的水位已经远高于max, 快到cap了。

是不是radiator cap坏了, 以至于coolant 能出engine 却不能进engine ?
