如何判断刹车皮的厚薄

以前去修车铺让检查前刹车皮还剩下多少，修车师傅在前轮刹车里面摸一摸，用手电照照看看，就说还剩下百分之多少，决定要不要换刹车皮。不清楚他们是怎么看怎么触摸的。

我把其中一个前轮卸下了，但没有动刹车皮及其固定结构，触摸了一下Rotor，感觉很光滑。用手指触摸了一下Rotor光滑面和刹车固定结构之间有一个空隙，约有1 公分（如图），这个是不是刹车片大致的厚度？

这样看不出它的厚薄吗

Totor触摸感觉很平滑，是不是还不能确定它整个就很平整没有缺陷？
