刹车有尖叫声怎么回事？

我给BMW X5 换了全套刹车后，前轮刹车在车启动后慢速前行时软刹车有尖尖的噪音，车走了几分钟后再刹车便没有尖叫声了。原以为什么地方没有润滑到，刹车重新卸下，能想到的地方都又加了润滑油脂，好像没什么用。有一个地方没加润滑油，就是sliding pin。 据很多换过刹车的人说只需擦干净即可，不用加润滑油，不知道是不是没润滑的原因。各位大侠有和指教？
